At Allure Aura Candles, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a refund and return policy as follows:
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@allureauracandles.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
